Objective
To enter new international markets and drive revenue growth by launching and selling a digital product supporting O-1 visa applications for global talent, starting with key English-speaking geos.
Responsibilities
- Led the international expansion strategy, initiating market entry in India, Nigeria, and the Philippines as part of the company’s global Go-To-Market (GTM) plan.
- Designed and implemented the sales architecture for B2C channels, including lead generation, conversion funnels, and onboarding processes.
- Built the operational foundation for expert service delivery, including legal and content support aligned with the complexity of U.S. O-1 visa requirements.
- Oversaw product adaptation for English-speaking users, ensuring core materials were accessible via LMS Moodle and supported the entire client journey.
- Coordinated cross-functional teams to align marketing, sales, and service delivery with country-specific expectations and compliance standards.
Results
- Successfully launched the O-1 visa product in three test markets, validating international demand and enabling structured outreach to non-Russian-speaking clients.
- Established the operational framework for expansion into additional geographies (MENA, LATAM), though further rollout was postponed due to funding limitations.
- Delivered a scalable sales and support model for complex, high-touch immigration services, with client timelines ranging from 2 months to over a year.
