Objective
To enhance strategic decision-making and operational transparency by developing a real-time, data-driven Control Panel (Owners’ Panel) for C-level executives.
Responsibilities
- Led the design and deployment of an integrated suite of interactive dashboards using Power BI, tailored for executive leadership: Sales (CCO), Infrastructure (CTO), Finance (CFO), Projects (CDD), and overall company performance (CEO).
- Defined business-aligned performance indicators in collaboration with department heads and ensured consistency across all dashboard views.
- Oversaw data integration from core systems, including CRM, billing, infrastructure, and project tracking platforms.
- Coordinated cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility, data accuracy, and usability of the solution.
- Drove alignment between analytical outputs and executive decision-making needs, embedding the panel into weekly and monthly management routines.
Results
- Delivered a centralized and real-time visibility platform used by the entire C-level team.
