Objective

- Ensured the system supported financial data consolidation for seven legal entities.
- Managed the integration of ERP with existing infrastructure: Metering (Zabbix), Infrastructure Management (NetBox), Billing (HostBill), and CRM.
- Supervised internal and external teams, defined business requirements, and oversaw rollout and user adoption.
Results
- ERP successfully implemented within six months, covering all core financial and operational domains.
- Reduced manual workload and enhanced reporting accuracy and speed.
